Pisara Enrollment System is a cloud-based facility that can be operated by schools to provide an online window where parents can enroll their children to the school. It covers the following functionalities: Setting up of school resources (classrooms, teachers, seats, laboratories, sports facilities, etc.); Preparing class schedules (K 1-12); Managing student database (current and new); Enrollment processing (online and offline); Payment processing (online and offline), and; Handling exemptions (transferees, scholars, repeats, advances, foreigners). Pisara Enrollment System is categorized into four processes which are divided into two components: the front-end and the back-end. The front-end covers the enrollment and payment processing while the back-end component supports all other functionalities that are managed by the school administrator.
